Welcome to Alibet. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and Alibet ("Company", "we") operating an online betting platform under the domain alibet.vin.

By registering an account or using any services offered by Alibet — including Slot Games, Live Casino, Fish Shooting Games, Sports Betting, or any other feature — you hereby confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

To register and use alibet services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Registering using your full legal name as it appears on your official identification document.

• Not registering on behalf of another person or using a false identity in any form.

Alibet reserves the right to verify a player's identity at any time through the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Each player is fully responsible for the security of their account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing login credentials with anyone, and promptly reporting any suspicious activity to the alibet support team.

• Password must be at least 8 characters long, combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers.
• Alibet will never request your password via email, SMS, or live chat under any circumstances.
• Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available and strongly recommended to be enabled for additional security.
• Each player is permitted to hold only one active account. Duplicate accounts will be frozen and balances may be forfeited.

All financial transactions on the alibet platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. Deposited funds are credited to your account instantly once payment is confirmed.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits must be made from a bank account or digital wallet registered in the name of the registered player only.
• Alibet does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

Withdrawal Terms:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 for most payment methods.
• Full KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same player's name.
• Any active bonus with unfulfilled wagering requirements may affect withdrawal approval.

Alibet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific conditions stated in each offer, and the terms in this section apply generally to all bonus types unless otherwise stated.

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fully met before any bonus funds or winnings derived from them can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount — for example, 30x means a RM 100 bonus requires cumulative wagering of RM 3,000.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new players who have never previously registered an Alibet account.

• Alibet reserves the right to withdraw or cancel bonuses if fraudulent activity or abuse of the promotions system is detected.
• Unused bonuses will expire automatically upon the end of their validity period with no compensation.

All games available on the alibet platform — including slots, live casino, fish shooting, baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and other table games — operate using a certified random number generator (RNG) verified by an accredited independent body.

• Every game outcome is entirely random and independent of any previous result.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game round, Alibet reserves the right to void that round and return the wager to the player.
• Using any unauthorized automation software, bots, or tools during gameplay is a serious violation and may result in immediate account termination.
• In the event of a discrepancy between what is displayed on the player's screen and the alibet server records, the server records shall be the final reference.

Alibet's Sports Betting section covers more than 30 sports including football, basketball, tennis, badminton, and esports. Bets can be placed before the match begins (pre-match) or while the match is in progress (in-play).

• All sports bets are final once confirmed — no cancellations after confirmation except under extraordinary circumstances as determined by alibet.
• Alibet reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a technical error.
• Bets placed on postponed or cancelled matches will be refunded to players in accordance with the applicable policy.
• Alibet reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from specific players if there are indications of match manipulation or fraud.
• Sports betting results are based on official outcomes announced by the relevant sports governing body.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities while using the alibet platform:

• Registering more than one account under your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using any software or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players.
• Abusing the bonus system through hedge betting, arbitrage, or any strategy intended to exploit promotional terms.
• Using the alibet platform for money laundering or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to hack, attack, or compromise the security of the alibet system in any way.
• Cheating, harassing, or threatening other players or alibet staff.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

Players are free to close their alibet account at any time by contacting the customer support team. Account closure requests will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Termination by alibet: Alibet reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice if:

• A player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraudulent activity or money laundering has been associated with the account.
• KYC verification failed or the player refuses to provide the requested documents.
• Accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months with no login activity or transactions.

Once an account has been terminated for legitimate reasons, Alibet will return any eligible balance to the player once all investigations are complete and withdrawal conditions are fully met.

The collection, use, and protection of players' personal data is governed by Alibet Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms. By using our platform, you agree to the processing of your data as described in that Privacy Policy.

• Alibet does not sell or disclose your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

Continued use of the alibet platform after any changes are made will be considered your acceptance of the amended Terms.
